WILLIAMS, P.C. moves this Court to approve funds in the amount of $1,472.00, for the payment of time, travel, and interpretation services of Dutch-speaking attorney, Mr. David Asser. Mr. Asser assisted counsel in interpreting the plea agreement. He traveled to CCA, in Florence, Arizona in order to accomplish this task. Mr. Asser also assisted with interpretation from Dutch to English and from English to Dutch, as the circumstances required for the change of plea and sentencing.
