. ORDER

Before: W. FLETCHER and FISHER, Circuit Judges
Appellant Robert Suzenski requested leave to represent himself on appeal.
The matter was referred to the Appellate Commissioner pursuant to Ninth Circuit
General Order 6.3(e). After reviewing appellant’s pro se submissions to this court
and the district court, the Appellate Commissioner prepared a report and
p recommendation that the courggrantp appellant Suzenski’s request .to.represent -- r
himself
The report and recommendation is adopted in full-. Appellant Suzenski’s .
request to represent himself is granted. Appellant Suzenski shall file a motion
with each submission to this court asking leave to file the submission. The motion
. shall state in the caption: "for ruling by the Appellate Commissioner for
Case 2:03-cr-00502-FJI\/I Document 218 Filed O1/17/2006 Page 1 of 2

pernrission to tile." The Appellate Commissioner shall rule on the motion. If the
submission appears adequate, the Appellate Commissioner shall authorize its
filing. If any submission appears not to be logical or legally appropriate, the
Appellate Commissioner shall present the submission to a motions panel for a
determination whether to terminate Suzenski’s self-representation. See 9th Cir. R.
4—l(d) ("If, after granting leave to proceed pro se the court deems that appointment

proceed pro se may be modified or withdrawn").
The rep0rters’ transcripts shall be designated by January 30, 2006. The
court reporter shall tile the transcripts in the district court by February 28, 2006.
