Defendant L-3 Communications Holdings, Inc. ("L-3") joins plaintiff in moving to dismiss plaintiff's claims against L-3 with prejudice. There is no just reason to delay entry of final judgment in favor of L-3. Accordingly, L-3 moves the Court pursuant to Rule 54(b), FED.R.CIV.P., to (1) make an express determination that there is no just reason to delay entry of final judgment in favor of L-3, and (2) direct the Clerk to enter final judgment in favor of L-3 and against plaintiff.
