The counterclaim of defendant Plexus Corp. is dismissed without prejudice. It is further ordered that, there being no just reason for delay, the clerk of court shall forthwith enter final judgment pursuant to Rule 54(b), Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, dismissing this action in its entirety (all claims and counterclaims) as to all defendants except IXYS Corporation and VIA Technologies, Inc.
