Defendant Ingram Industries, Inc. ("Ingram") respectfully requests a ten-day extension of time up to and including Monday, April 17, 2006 in which to file its Memorandum of Points and Authorities in support of its motion for an award of attorneys' fees. Ingram requests the extension because its lead counsel on this matter, Anthony Zeuli, has obligations with respect to other matters he is handling that have required his attention. Specifically, Mr. Zeuli is handling multiple patent infringement lawsuits in which infringement claim charts and prior art statements have been due and are coming due and has also been heavily involved in substantial mediation proceedings.
