IT IS HEREBY ORDERED granting [1225] Defendant Moore's Motion to Continue
20
Trial and Extend Pretrial Motions Deadline and All Other Deadlines. This Court specifically
21
finds that the ends of justice served by granting a continuance outweigh the best interest of the
22
public and the defendant in a speedy hearing. This finding is based upon the Court's conclusion
23
that the failure to grant such a continuance would deny the defendant the reasonable time
24
necessary for effective preparation, taking into account the exercise of due diligence. 18 U.S.C.
25
§3161(h)(8)(A).

IT IS ORDERED continuing trial from January 8, 2008 to Tuesday, April 1, 2008 at
27
9:00 a.m. in Phoenix, Arizona.
