IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that [1201] Defendant's Motion to Continue Trial and

Extend Pretrial Motions Deadline and all other scheduling deadlines is GRANTED. This Court
19
specifically finds that the ends of justice served by granting a continuance outweigh the best
20
interest of the public and the defendant in a speedy hearing. This finding is based upon the
21
Court's conclusion that the failure to grant such a continuance would deny the defendant the
22
reasonable time necessary for effective preparation, taking into account the exercise of due
23
diligence. 18 U.S.C. §3161(h)(8)(A).

IT IS ORDERED continuing trial from August 7, 2007 to Tuesday, January 8, 2008 at
25
9:00 a.m. in Phoenix, Arizona.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED resetting the time to file pretrial motions to November 9,
