IT IS HEREBY ORDERED granting Defendant's Motion to Continue Trial and Extend

Pretrial Motions Deadline and All Other Deadlines is GRANTED. This Court specifically finds
19

that the ends of justice served by granting a continuance outweigh the best interest of the public
20

and the defendant in a speedy hearing. This finding is based upon the Court's conclusion that
21

the failure to grant such a continuance would deny the defendant the reasonable time necessary
22

for effective preparation, taking into account the exercise of due diligence. 18 U.S.C.
23

§3161(h)(8)(A).

IT IS ORDERED continuing jury trial from February 6, 2007 to Tuesday, August 7,

2007 at 9:00 a.m. in Phoenix, Arizona.
