Jesse Rothchild Moore, through undersigned counsel, moves this court for an order withdrawing undersigned counsel as Mr. Moore's attorney and substituting another qualified attorney in his stead. This Court appointed undersigned counsel for purposes of Mr. Moore's appeal. That appeal has been successfully concluded, and Mr. Moore's case has been remanded for a new trial. Undersigned counsel cannot represent Mr. Moore at trial due to counsel's teaching responsibilities at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. Therefore, Mr. Moore needs substitute counsel. Undersigned counsel is informed that Mark A. Paige, a member of this Court's CJA Panel, is willing to accept this Court's appointment in this matter. Accordingly, Mr. Moore asks that undersigned counsel be relieved and that Mr. Paige be
