IT IS HEREBY ORDERED granting [1269] Defendant's Motion to Continue Sentencing.

This Court specifically finds that the ends of justice served by granting a continuance outweigh
15

the best interest of the public and the defendant in a speedy hearing. This finding is based upon
16

the Court's conclusion that the failure to grant such a continuance would deny the defendant the
17

reasonable time necessary for effective preparation, taking into account the exercise of due
18

diligence. 18 U.S.C. §3161(h)(8)(A).

IT IS ORDERED continuing sentencing from May 5, 2008 to Monday, June 23, 2008
20

at 2:00 p.m. in Phoenix, Arizona.

Excludable delay under 18 U.S.C. §3161(h) will commence on 4/15/08, for a total of
