IT IS HEREBY ORDERED granting defendant Joseph Fuentes' Motion for Electronic Transcripts (Doc. #1133 and Joinder Doc. #1134). The court reporter shall forthwith provide to Mr. Maynard, counsel for Joseph Fuentes, an electronic copy of the trial transcript in this matter at the Judicial Conference established copy rate of .55 cents per page. In addition, counsel of record for co-defendants, Jesse Moore and Nicholas Pablo, shall be provided duplicate copies of the electronic transcript at no additional charge. Mr. Maynard shall prepare and submit a CJA 24, Authorization and Voucher for Payment of Transcript, and deliver same to David German, Court Reporter. DATED this 7th day of October, 2005.
