Above mentioned patient is elderly 82 year old fragile female weighing 103 lbs with multiple
medical problems. She sufferes advanced osteoporosis, and has fractured her hip last year.
She is still recovering, with persistant chronic pain and inability to sit for extended periods of
time, and to walk or stand with aid orf cane or walker only for short distances, and wheelchair
for longer. She has visual loss from macular degeneration, and 50% hearing loss with hearing
aids., She also suferes peptic ulcer disease, high cholesterol,depression and high blood
preassure.
Her daily medications are: Lexapro, lnderal LA , Evista, Clonazepam, Ecotrin, Cimetidine,
Lescol, Temazepam, Tramadol and Hydrocodone. Several of these medications can alter her
cognitive ability, but she needs them to control pain.
All these ailments are making it very hard for Ms. Gillespie to travel any distances. or sit for
prolonged periods of time.
Please consider obtaining her testimony in some other fashion,
