Ms. GilIaspie's health condition continues to deteriorate. She suffered hip fracture, and -
has had prolonged recovery. This has worsened her already very poor health status,.
Z with osteoporosis, cahexia, visual and hearing loss. She should not be asked to travel
long distances, nor she is able to sit for a prolonged periods of time. i
