Counsel are directed to review these during the recess. The Court will reconvene with the parties at 1:30 today and hear any objections at that time. Witness lists are discussed. Discussion held, pending further order or consideration of the Court, IT IS ORDERED denying the motion.[167] With respect to the objections to Mr. Carr's deposition, the Court will address this issue at the 1:30 meeting as well as the 404(b) motion pending. The Court informs the parties that it is considering providing a copy of the Indictment to the jury with an appropriate instruction. The parties inquire as to how the Court wishes to proceed with the exhibits referred to in the video deposition and how those are to be handled before the jury. Trial procedure is discussed.
