ORDER

Before the Court is Plaintiff's "Motion for 30 day stay on Filing Dispositive Motion
15

and Identification of Non-Authenticated Documents Included With Plaintiff's Cross16

Motion for Summary Judgment and Statement of Facts" filed August 10, 2005.
17

Plaintiff's motion is filed in response to the Court's August 2, 2005 Order (Doc. # 121)
18

denying motions for summary judgment. Specifically, that order indicated to Plaintiff
19

that the documents before it were not authenticated, and instructed Plaintiff as to how
20

to authenticate such documents if another summary judgment motion was filed. [Doc.
21

# 21 at 5]. Plaintiff now requests that the Court indicate exactly which documents
22

submitted with the motion for summary judgment require authentication. Plaintiff also
23

requests a 30-day "stay" on the period in which to file a motion for summary judgment,
24

as the Court in its August 2, 2005 Order ordered that dispositive motions be filed within
25

20 days.
26

The Court will grant Plaintiff's motion to the extent that it seeks a 30-day
27

extension of time to file a dispositive motion. The Court advises Plaintiff that the all of
28

the documents submitted by Plaintiff in support of the motion for summary judgment

require authentication. Therefore, itemization of these documents is not required. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that: 1. Plaintiff's "Motion for 30 day stay on Filing Dispositive Motion and

Identification of Non-Authenticated Documents Included With Plaintiff's Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment and Statement of Facts" filed August 10, 2005 is GRANTED only the extent contained herein. 2. The parties shall have 30 days from the date of the filing of this Order to
