15 Before the Court is Plaintiffs "Motion for Docket Sheet" filed July 22, 2005. ln his
16 motion, Plaintiff states that he has recently moved to another facility and that some of
-17 his legal papers were lost in the move. Therefore, Plaintiff requests a docket sheet "to
18 determine which documents are missing."
19 The Court will deny Plaintiffs motion. As the Court stated in its June 20, 2005
2 0 Order addressing t·he same request, dispositive motions, which have been fully briefed,
2 1 are currently pending disposition. Further, Plaintiff does not submit copies of any formal
22 grievance Hled with ADOC seeking return of legal documents. Therefore, the Court
23 finds that no cause exists at this time for the provision of the Court's docket sheet to
24 Plaintiff at the Court's expense. Plaintiff may request copies from the Clerk on payment
25 of the CIerk's fees in advance. Accordingly,
