ORDER

Before the Court is Plaintiff's "Motion for Order Directing U.S. Marshals to Execute Service on Defendants Marshal and Crumbly" filed August 10, 2005. In his motion, Plaintiff acknowledges that a motion is currently pending to compel Value Options to produce the addresses of Defendants Marshall and Crumbley. [See Doc. # 97]. Further, a motion to quash service filed by Value Options is currently pending. [Doc. # 88]. Despite these currently pending motions, Plaintiff has filed the instant motion asking the Court to order the United States Marshals Service to "utilize their investigative abilities, techniques and knowledge to locate" Defendants Marshall and Crumbley for service of process. The Court will deny Plaintiffs motion. Motions are already pending as to the production of service addresses. Therefore, the current motion is prematurely filed, and seeks a duplicative remedy. Accordingly,

IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff's "Motion for Order Directing U.S. Marshals to Execute Service on Defendants Marshal and Crumbly" filed August 10, 2005 is DENIED. No further motions related to service issues shall be filed, without leave of Court, until the motion to quash (Doc. # 88) and motion to compel (Doc. # 97) are decided.
