The Court directs plaintiff to fax to the Court an authoritative document re: principal place of business/incorporation as related to jurisdictional issues as set forth on the record. Bonnie Schlee testifies further. Over objection of defendant, exhibit 38 is admitted into evidence. The witness is excused. Grant Goodman is sworn and testifies. 3:00 p.m. Court reconvenes. Grant Goodman testifies further. Defendant moves for the admission of exhibit 52. Same argued to the Court. The Court sustains plaintiff's objection. James E. Carmichael is sworn and testifies telephonically. 4:00 p.m. Recess. 4:20 p.m. Court reconvenes. James E. Carmichael testifies further telephonically. Over objection of the plaintiff, exhibit 53 is admitted into evidence. The witness is excused. Defendant rests. IT IS ORDERED setting closing arguments on June 28, 2006 at 1:30 p.m. IT IS ORDERED setting the deadline to file revised proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law by 12:00 noon, June 26, 2006.
