BENCH TRIAL - DAY 2 Plaintiff states on the record changes to the description of exhibits on the exhibit worksheet as to exhibit 33a, 33b, 33c and 34b. Bonnie Schlee testifies further. Pursuant to stipulation, exhibits 33a, 33b, 33c, 1 through 10, and 34a through 34k are admitted into evidence. 10:30 a.m. Recess. 10:48 a.m. Court reconvenes. The Court directs plaintiff to fax to the Court an authoritative document re: principal place of business/incorporation as related to jurisdictional issues as set forth on the record. Over objection of the plaintiff, exhibit 53 is admitted into evidence. The witness is excused. Defendant rests. IT IS ORDERED setting closing arguments on June 28, 2006 at 1:30 p.m. IT IS ORDERED setting the deadline to file revised proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law by 12:00 noon, June 26, 2006. (optional). If filed, counsel must electronically file the entire new version and e-mail a Word Perfect version and a red-line version to chambers e-mail at [email protected].
