Pending before the Court is counsel Sid A. Horwitz and the law firm of Carmichael & Powell, P.C.'s Motion for Reconsideration of this Court's order denying the previously filed motion to withdraw as counsel. Mr. Horwitz is correct that the Court failed to appreciate that Defendant Grant Goodman is a licensed attorney who would continue his representation of himself and his wife in this case after Mr. Horwitz's withdraw. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the Motion for Reconsideration (Doc. #56) is granted;
