On June 26, 2006, Defendant Goodman 21 file three versions of his proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law (Docs. ##71, 72, 22 and 73). The Court will not undertake to read these three documents and determine the 23 differences between them. Further, nothing the Court allowed on June 21, 2006, would have 24 suggested that either party could file multiple versions of what they were proposing. 25 Therefore, 26 27 28
