P. 12 and LR Civ 7.2 that this action 16 be dismissed.1 A Memorandum of Points and Authorities in support of this motion is filed 17 herewith. 18 WHEREFORE it is prayed that this motion be granted. 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 Plaintiff's first amended complaint also seeks relief against unidentified individuals and entities. To the extent those individuals/entities are federal governmental employees/entities, 28 this motion seeks dismissal as to them also.
