On August 2, 2005, plaintiff asked for relief from the Judgment entered in this case and correction of the docket entry. (Doc. 35). The Motion is granted to the extent that plaintiff

will be given an opportunity to attempt to allege a proper cause of action in an amended complaint. Plaintiff is cautioned that

this will be his last opportunity to set forth a short, plain and concise statement of his cause of action. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED granting plaintiff's Motion for Relief. (Doc. 35). The Clerk shall vacate the Judgment entered.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff shall have thirty (30) days from the date of this Order to file an amended complaint. plaintiff fails to file an amended complaint within thirty (30) days, the Clerk shall enter Judgment for defendants. DATED this 16th day of August, 2005. If
