On August 15, 2003, plaintiff filed his complaint.

(Doc. 1).

Both parties consented to the Magistrate Judge's jurisdiction. (Docs. 4, 25). On June 1, 2005, defendants moved to dismiss the (Doc.

complaint for failure to comply with Rule 8, F.R.Civ.P. 27).

The motion accurately points out the defects in plaintiff's

complaint. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED granting the motion to dismiss. (Doc. 27-1). The complaint is dismissed without prejudice.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED denying the motion to strike as moot. (Doc. 27-2). DATED this 20th day of July, 2005.
