Defendants state Mr. Scalet is not, nor has he ever been an employee of Defendants. As a result, the Defendants submit the last known "business" address of Mr. Scalet. Defendants also state they have telephoned Mr. Scalet on four occasions leaving messages for Mr. Scalet. Mr. Scalet has not returned these phone calls. As a result, Defendants state they have exercised diligence to obtain an alternative address without success. Defendants therefore submit the last known business address under seal.
