Pending before the Court is Plaintiff's Response to Show Cause Hearing and Motion for a Continuance of Show Cause Hearing (Doc. # 34). Also filed is the parties' Stipulation of Dismissal. The Court will grant the motion to continue. The order of dismissal will be entered after the show cause hearing. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion for a Continuance of Show Cause Hearing (Doc. # 34) is GRANTED; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Show Cause Hearing set for August 8, 2005 at 11 a.m. on why the parties should not be sanctioned for failing to comply with this Court's March 21, 2005 order is continued to August 24 at 2 p.m..
