16 Plaintiff moves to continue the Show Cause Hearing, currently set for August 24,
17 2005 612; 00 pm.
18 The continuance is requested because Plaintiffs attorney is actively engaged in

20 a trial at the Superior Court. The case name is Coury v. VanHorn, case number CV
21 2003-012508, assigned to the Honorable Margaret H. Downie. The trial is scheduled to
22 begin on August 23, 2005, and is expected to last three days.
23 It is requested that the parties conduct a telephone conference to set a new
24 hearing date, so as to avoid future requests to continue. Further, it is requested that the
25
Show Cause hearing not be rescheduled during the week of September 12, 2005.

27 Counsel for the Defendant has been informed regarding this Motion and
28 authorizes the undersigned to represent to the Court that there is no opposition thereto.
