More specifically, Plaintiff filed a Motion to Quash/Strike Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment on February 28, 2005 (Dkt. # 111). On May 13, 2005, Plaintiff filed a Motion for Court's Clarification (Dkt. # 121). On July 13, 2005, Plaintiff filed a M otion for Ruling on all pending Motions and Motion (Request) for Sanctions against Defendants (Dkt. # 130). Defense counsel never received copies of the above-mentioned pleadings. It was not until the Court's Order issued on September 27, 2005 that defense counsel was aware these Motions had been filed. Defendant CCA apologizes to the Court for having to ask for intervention, but Defendant would in the future like to respond to Plaintiff's Motions. As a result, Defendant respectfully requests that the Court Order Plaintiff to copy Defendant CCA on all future pleadings, motions, and other papers filed with the Court.
