The Receiver's Petition No. 25, Petition for Approval of Settlement Agreement with Annette Holt regarding 3750 East Dover Street, Mesa, Arizona, having been filed with the Court and all parties entitled to notice having been notified by service of the Petition in

accordance with this Court's Order Re: Petition No. 2, and it appearing to the Court that the relief requested is reasonable and appropriate: NOW THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED approving the settlement agreement between Annette Holt and the Receiver regarding the property located 3750 East Dover Street, Mesa, Arizona. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the property located at 3750 East Dover Street, Mesa, Arizona, shall be released as a Receivership Asset in the above-captioned matter. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Receiver shall transfer by Special Warranty Deed the property located at 3750 East Dover Street, Mesa, Arizona, and more legally described as: Lot 210, CROSSPOINTE VILLAGE, according to Book 273 of Maps, Page 43, records of Maricopa County, Arizona, and Affidavit of Correction recorded in Document No. 844610 and Document No. 84503317. APN: 140-13-478 to Annette Holt as her sole and separate property. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Annette Holt shall pay to the Receiver the sum of $20,000.00 in accordance with the Settlement Agreement signed by the parties.
