The amount of $37,229.64 to Warfield & Company, for services rendered and costs incurred or paid during the period July 1, 2004 through September 30, 2004; 2. The amount of $38,807.49 to Guttilla & Murphy, P.C., for services rendered and costs incurred or paid during the period July 1, 2004 through September 30, 2004.; and 3. The amount of $4,440.00 to A & A Investigations, LLC, for services rendered and costs incurred or paid during the period July 1, 2004 through September 30, 2004.
