ORDER

Plaintiff Securities and Exchange Commission's ("Commission") request to attend the hearing, Tuesday, January 9, 2007, at 3:00 P.M. by telephone is reluctantly GRANTED despite the fact that it was filed the day before the hearing with the required form of order sent to the Chambers email box on January 9, 2007. It is counsel's responsibility to notify the Court of his or her desire to appear telephonically at least a week prior to the hearing, and distance is no excuse.
