This memo is conceming the meeting that we had today
conceming the number of students in the training class
starting on November 4*. The number of students in the
· ~ “ class for the Auto Team side is only 8. This number for a 2
week time table is not going to get us to our staffing level.
You need to have 20 students in the next training class to
put us on target. The next class will be on November 18*.
Please let me know of anything I can do to help. This
y number will require you to do some outside recruiting.
Patrick Beamon has given your some good ideas in this area
of recruiting. Take this memo a positive reinforcement that
I will do anything to help you. Make sure you read the
material that I gave you last week on the process of
6 interviewing. You are the first contact for the dealership in
the recruiting process. Make sure your phone skills are i
2 polished. If you need any help in a script or in role playing
concerning this please let me know. Also, if there is any
