As I have communicated to you several times now, l as your supervisor have an issue with your_
performance. We still are not seeing the staff attending class at the rate your continued employment
requires. nor the quality sales aptitude we require. Many of the candidates IH several weeks have actually been recruits of the sales management staff and not new hires/recruits of
yours. This past weekend we ran a help wanted ad and asked that the calls be directed to your cell phone
so you could "I-landle them All'. Unfortunately the Who‘s Calling record indicates that of the over 200
calls, approximately 148 of those apparently went only to your voim mail. lt is becoming obvious that you
are not either committed to performing this job or unable to, or perhaps, some of both. I have offered to
help you repeatedly if It is, in fact, an ability issue. lf your lack of results is stemming from a lack of interest
or commitment please advise me so I can make allemative arrangements. l want to be clear; your
continued employment is at risk. Our expectations have absolutely not been met regarding recruiting as
opposed to simply handling call in's off our advertising and you need to react. Please produce some
results in this area immediately. . _
