I am a Female, forty years of age.
I was employed with the above named Respondent as a recruiting director
/,qT which I was promoted into the position on about September 1, 2002.
a`Since taking the position and up until I was terminated from my
position, I was subjected to harassment from Mr. Patrick Beamon. This
harassment consisted of being told I was the gatekeeper and to as much
as possible hire only twenty (20) year old, flat gut men. Whenever, I
would recommend or hire someone who did not fit the criteria, I was
criticized by Mr. Beamon. Mr. Beamon would tell me that when he was a
recruiter that whenever he felt compelled to hire someone else other
than a twenty year old guy with a flat gut, he would look into his desk
draw and there he would have a picture of a twenty year of guy with a
flat gut and that I should reference the same thing.
On December 6, 2002, I was unfairly terminated from my position. I was
told I was not performing my job duties. I dispute this contention as I
had increased retention level of the sale staff from 88 to 100. .
I believe I was discriminated against due to gender in violation of
, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 196M, as amended and age (H0) in
violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, as
amended due to the fact I was not hiring twenty year old males with flat
