For the month of September, while you were getting going. we paid you $5,000.00. For the month of
October and going forward, as long as you have the Recruiter position, we will compensate you $4500.00
plus a $500.00 bonus when we are 100% starred and a $1000.00 bonus when we rlnlsh the month at
105% or better. The staffing level requirements are SG1 annually, Please see Jack Colson to get
acquainted with these numbers.
Please understand that you are in a probationary period. The length of which will be determined by your
immediate success.

is still defined as at will Employee status.
