Final judgment having been entered, Defendants filed a Bill of Costs on July 6, 2006, seeking the taxation of $2,729.55. The matter has been reviewed and costs have been awarded as follows. 1. Court Reporter Fees - Pursuant to Local Rule LRCiv 54.1(e)(3), of the $778.00 claimed, only $583.00 is allowed. (No Per Diem, Min-U-Script or Word Index allowed.) 2. Research and Printing Fees - Pursuant to Local Rule LRCiv 54.1(e)(5), the $1,951.55 claimed is denied. It is therefore ordered that $583.00 be taxed by the Clerk and made a part of the judgment.
