STATEMENT OF CONSULTATION
In accordance with LR Civ 54.2(d)(l), I hereby certify that after personal
consultation and good faith efforts to do so, the parties have been unable to resolve
satisfactorily all disputed issues relating to attomeys’ fees.
These consultations occurred on July 10, 2006. I participated in the
consultations with Plaintiff’ s attorney, Angela Wilson-Goodman. The
consultations occurred by telephone. Through the consultations, Defendants
inquired whether plaintiff would agree to pay some portion of Defendants’ total
costs and fees. Ms. Wilson-Goodman said she would discuss the matter with her
client and get back with me. Within one hour, Ms. Wilson-Goodman called and
told me that Plaintiff rejected the notion of paying gg of Defendants’ attorneys’
