Pending before the Court is a Revised Motion to Withdraw as Attorney of Record (Doc. # 110) filed by counsel for Plaintiff. The Court has reviewed the revised motion and finds that Plaintiff's counsel has again failed to comply with the requirements of Local Rule 83.3(b)(2). Specifically, the certificate of service does not indicate that Plaintiff has been served with a copy of the revised motion. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED denying without prejudice the Revised Motion to Withdraw as Attorney of Record (Doc. # 110). DATED this 24th day of August, 2006.
