COUNSEL’S STATEMENT CONCERNING FEE AGREEMENT
In accordance with LR Civ 54.2(d)(2), this Statement confirms that
Fennemore Craig does not have a written fee agreement with Regis Corporation
and/or Super Cuts. Fennemore Craig performs and has performed legal services
for Regis Corporation and/or Super Cuts on an ongoing basis for some time. The
firm does not prepare a written fee agreement for each individual matter. Instead,
it charges Regis Corporation and/or Super Cuts its customary hourly rates.
