17 Notice is hereby given that on page 1, line 23 of Defendants’ Response To
18 Plaintiffs Motion To Enlarge Time For Discovery ("Response"), defendants mistakenly
19 stated that ". .. the parties’ joint Proposed Pretrial Statement is due this week — November
20 23, 2005." This sentence should have stated, "... the parties’ joint Proposed Pretrial
21 Statement is due December 9, 2005." Footnote 1 in the Response should be deleted.
22 Similarly, on page 3, lines 21-22, defendants stated, "In addition, at this point in
23 time, defendants have invested considerable time on their portion of the joint Proposed
24 Pretrial Statement, which is due next week — November 23, 2005." This sentence should
25 read, "In addition, at this point in time, defendants have invested considerable time on
26 their portion of the joint Proposed Pretrial Statement, which is due December 9, 2005."
