MARY CSANYI, Plaintiff, vs. REGIS CORPORATION; SUPER CUTS, Defendants.

) Case No.: CV-03-1987-PHX-JAT ) ) ) UNOPPOSED MOTION TO CONTINUE ) PRETRIAL DATES ) ) ) ) )

The Plaintiff, by and through undersigned counsel, hereby files this Unopposed Motion to Continue the Pretrial Conference, which is currently scheduled for November 7, 2005, at 11.00 a.m. in this division, and for a continuance of the Pretrial Conference deadlines, for an additional 60 days. A continuance is requested due to the fact that Plaintiff's counsel was only recently retained and needs time to familiarize herself with the case. In addition, counsel have conferred telephonically regarding the merits of the case and agree that a settlement conference would be beneficial and Defendant's counsel does not oppose Plaintiff's request for a continuance. A continuance for 60 days would allow time for the parties to engage in meaningful settlement negotiations. WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff respectfully requests that the Pretrial Conference scheduled in this matter for November 7, 2005, at 11:00 a.m., and the associated pretrial conference deadlines, including the September 23, 2005, deadline for submission of the Proposed Final Pretrial Form of Order, should
