Doc. #129. Based on this mandate, IT IS ORDERED that by June 2, 2008, the parties shall file a joint status report indicating their proposal for how this Court should evaluate these remedies: whether by motion by the Plaintiff indicating the remedies she seeks, by further evidence through a further bench trial, or some other proposal. If the parties disagree as to the approach, the parties shall each justify their position by reference to statutes or case law indicating the appropriate method for evaluating these remedies.
