17 The parties stipulate and agree that plaintiff shall not be required to file a response
18 to defendants’ Motion To Amend Amended Answer at this time because the parties are
19 exploring the possibility of settlement. The parties further stipulate that plaintiff may
go have until ten (10) days from the date the parties determine that settlement of this case
21 cannot be achieved, at which time the parties will file another stipulation with the Court
22 notifying it of the failure of settlement discussions and request that the Court approve the
23 date agreed upon by the parties at that time for plaintiff to file her response.
