COMES NOW, Plaintiff by and through her counsel undersigned, and hereby advises the Court that the above-entitled matter has been compromised and settled. The parties worked very hard with Magistrate Judge Charles R. Pyle to settle this matter, and, on the eve of trial, came to a settlement agreement. Plaintiff, Mary Csanyi, executed the General Release Agreement and Covenant Not to Sue on May 26, 2006, and that agreement was mailed to the defense on May 26, 2006. The Agreement is en route to the Defendant in Minneapolis, Minnesota for signature by the Defendant. The Plaintiff's right to revoke the Agreement expires on Saturday, June 3, 2006, and will be finalized by Monday, June 5, 2006.

The parties anticipate submitting to the Court a Stipulation to Dismiss this matter with prejudice by June 5, 2006.
