Wilson-Goodman, attorney for Plaintiff, Mary Csanyi, hereby moves the Court pursuant to Rule 24 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Local Rules of Civil Procedure 83.3 for leave to withdraw as counsel of record for Plaintiff, and advises the Court in support thereof that good cause for withdrawal exists. Pursuant to Rule 83.3(b)(2) of L.R.CIV.P., Angela M. Wilson-Goodman, hereby applies to this Court for permission to withdraw as attorney of record for Plaintiff, MARY CSANYI, in this matter for the following reasons: 1. The Plaintiff has requested that undersigned counsel cease any further work

on her behalf on both this case and the appeal.

Withdrawal by this attorney will have no adverse effect on the interest of

the client because the case is closed, having been tried and judgment entered on June 27, 2006. The Plaintiff has been notified in writing of the status of this case, including the dates and items regarding the appeal period. WILSON-GOODMAN & FONG, P.C. further advises the Court that Plaintiff's address and phone number are: 8627 E. Northland Drive, Scottsdale, Arizona 85251, (480) 946-0410. There are no pending proceedings before this court as the case was closed on June 27, 2006. WHEREFORE, Angela M.
