Plaintiffs' counsel is lead counsel in Manuel Vasquez v. City of Phoenix, et al., CV-04-0481-PHX-DGC, which is scheduled for jury trial from October 31, 2006, through November 9, 2006, and therefore will not be able to attend the conference that is currently set for November 6, 2006.
