IT IS ORDERED that the Plaintiffs' Motion to Postpone Pretrial Conference (Doc. 95)

is GRANTED.

IT IS ORDERED that the Pretrial Conference previously scheduled in this matter for
21

October 3, 2005, is VACATED. At this time, the Pretrial Conference will not be rescheduled
22

due to the Defendant, Maxwell Productions, LLC, filing for bankruptcy, automatically
23

staying the Plaintiffs' claims against it under 11 U.S.C. § 361. The Plaintiffs have thus far
24

been unsuccessful in their attempts to serve the only other named Defendant, Nasser Farrokh.
