27 leave of this Court to allow the Rule 30(b)(6) depositions of defendant Maxwell
28 Productions, LLC ("Maxwe1l") to commence on August 10, 2005.

l Plaintiffs U.S. Philips Corporation and Koninklijke Philips Electronics N.V.
2 (collectively "Philips") originally noticed Rule 30(b)(6) depositions of Maxwell to
3 commence on July 27, 2005. Thereafter, the parties jointly moved the Court for an
4 extension to allow the depositions to commence on August 3, 2005, after the August 2,
5 2005 close of discovery. Now, for urposes of facilitating settlement discussions, the

6 parties request that the depositions be rescheduled to commence on August l0, 2005.
7 Accordingly, the parties jointly move the Court to allow the Rule 30(b)(6)

depositions of Maxwell to take place commencing August l0, 2005. An agreed-upon
9
form of Order is being lodged herewith.
