August 17, 2005, and (2) to postpone the dispositive motions deadline by one week, until August 19, 2005. Plaintiffs U.S. Philips Corporation and Koninklijke Philips Electronics N.V. (collectively "Philips") originally noticed Rule 30(b)(6) depositions of Maxwell to commence on July 27, 2005. Thereafter, the parties jointly moved the Court for two prior extensions of the deposition date first to August 3, 2005, and then again until August 10, 2005. Now, for purposes of facilitating settlement discussions, the parties request that the depositions be rescheduled to commence on August 17, 2005. Also for purposes of facilitating settlement, the parties move the Court to postpone the dispositive motions deadline from August 12, 2005 until August 19, 2005. Respectfully submitted August 9, 2005. FINNEGAN, HENDERSON, FARABOW, GARRETT & DUNNER, L.L.P. Thomas W. Winland Steven M. Anzalone Smith R. Brittingham Timothy J.
