Present: Plaintiff was present telephonically; Wanda Hofmann and Robert Myers with defendant Linderman. Settlement conference is held and progress is made. Because of the progress made, the court is desirous of rescheduling mediation. Plaintiff is to resubmit his request for approved religious items.
