The parties agree the estimated trial length is 3 to 4 days and stipulate to a jury of 8. Plaintiff advises he will be filing revised proposed voir dire. Proposed statement of the case discussed. Plaintiff is to speak with defense counsel regarding the statement of the case. Defendants' Notice of Trial Conflict [doc. 120] is deemed moot. At the request of defense counsel, witness Brad Weekley may appear via video teleconferencing to testify at trial.
